The End Is Near

I don't usually post my photos without at least increasing the exposure but I felt that the blue hue of Singapore was like a jem, just different so yeah.
Also maybe cos I'm still in the process of finding an affordable alternative to Lightroom heh...
So this might (or might not cos it could just be an excuse in disguise) be the main reason for the lack of posts!
Bear with, bear with, I've also been going on a book reading rampage, reading all the books I could and I should have during my 2 years critically analysing my Lit texts.

The end of January is drawing near and I realised I've only posted 1 post and it isn't even about 2014/2015.
Am I sorry? Nah, not really, 2014 has been a hard year but a good year all the same, teaching me things that could only be understood through experience itself. But I'm not so sure about reliving those tales again. I'll think about it.

As for the new year, honestly, I'm looking forward to it! I've been making plans I never could imagine myself doing if you asked me 2 years ago (me; 16yo) and I'm looking forward to doing them! Although, there has been several bumps along the journey - my depleting funds, looking for a job and the biggest one yet, my very cloudy, foggy and misty future with the faint shadow of a brick wall in the distance - I'll take on this year head on, with positivity!

All things aside, I'm happy to be starting the year with my ever supporting and loving family and friends.

Also, here is a video I did at 1am in the morning. Be easy on me, it took me awhile to have the guts to post this video, that I know I could've done better but that's for me to handle.
It shouldn't stop you from taking a sneak into my kampung life at Batam, which is technically overseas ok...........

I shall see you next time, where hopefully, I might have a job!
Peace out folks

This Is Gonna Be Long

First of, I just have to say that I really wanna have a graduation trip after my As (hopefully I'm taking them once)

Yeah, you don't have to tell me, I know I didn't start this post with a photo...
It's probably cos this isn't gonna be a photo heavy post.
More of a word heavy post ha ha (give me credit, I tried)
But I'll try my best not to make it look so heavy to the extent that you'll just scroll~~ through my thoughts and get on to the photos (yes, there will be photos, the cat's out of the bag sigh)

So lately.
I've been watching tons of vlogs from the British Bunch! ft some foreigners
so technically they need a new name
so like idk? Swag Crew? yeah sorry guys
Just to name you a few of my favourites (they're links please feel free to click them)
And...
These guys are basically paid to do what they like, which, in turn, funds their adventures and hobbies, which technically, they get paid to do??
It's a vicious cycle!
Not really.. But a cycle nontheless! Which I am, rather unfortunately, not a part of!
Yes yes....
This would be in every youtuber fangirl/fanboy's mind
(This is my rather indirect confession to being a Youtube addict...)

There's this tumblr post that says:
"DO YOU EVER WANNA MEET SOMEONE IN PERSON SO BAD YOU GET ALL EXCITED THINKING ABOUT IT AND MENTALLY PLAN OUT A DAY EVEN THOUGH ITS NEVER GONNA HAPPEN"

So yeah, that happened... That "someone" being the British Bunch...
I kinda had my own little fantasy (it's pretty rated loljk) that I went on a holiday to Brighton or Bristol and we kinda bumped into them.
My English is pretty basic so... Ain't nobody got taim fo fanfics, heh...........
I mean, they're pretty much happy with life and here we are (speaking for the majority youtube fans followers who literally sit on our buttocks for a whole week watching vidoes of shit stuff, just stuff) hoping that we would somehow, one day be approached by Youtube, or whatever platform you'd prefer, and get offered a job doing what you enjoy. Just as PewDiePie too!

As my playlist stops playing Akdong Musicians, I am brought back to the reality that it is a quarter till 2 (in the morning), that my summer break ends in a week (goodbye dear one, being able to only meet you once a year, you will be longingly missed), I have to end this post with some photos, or I'd feel guilty, causing me to toss and turn and not fall asleep...

I dug up some photos from my old laptop of my old kampung, which I haven't visited in awhile :-(

I hope you could actually relate to my rant hahahaha
And that you guys productively spent your holidays
(very unlike me hoho)

See y'all soon!
xx
